Very nice experience. The trip was ok, starting from the fixed point, and arriving at the mines in perfect time. Nice, courteous and super competent guide in Italian (he provided us with a thousand information). The excursion is absolutely spectacular, the duration is approximately a couple of hours. Highly recommended, I found myself well (after having booked the visit to Auschwitz again through Getyourguide).

Loved the Salt Mine however didn’t get a chance to go to the free museum due to needing to be back at the van for pick up. Also was supposed to be picked up from meeting point at 10:30/11 but it got pushed back to 11:45 and I was informed at 10:30 when I was already at the meeting point which was quite annoying. The driver to the salt mines isn’t the same person who guides you around either. Would still recommend visiting the mine either way.

excellent tour but not enough time to see everything. we arrived at 11.20 and had to wait till 12pm for the tour to start but needed to be back on the bus for 14.15 so missed seeing alot. I would have liked another hour to see the museum and the shops.
