Lots of stairs to get down the mine but absolutely worth it! This is a mine like no other, amazing. Though there are lots of stairs to go down you actually get a lift to go back to the surface. It’s surprisingly quite warm down there with eating and toilet facilities if needed. Highly recommend

The driver of the van/bus picked us up from the arranged Location and took us to Wieliczka. Everything was smooth, the driver was nice and his driving great. The deiver's knowledge of English was not the best which can be an issue for people that don't speak Polish but in general there was no problems because of that. The guide in Wieliczka was an awesome lady, you could see she loves her job and she was great at it. She spoke very loud and clearly in English so everyone could hear and understand. She made sure everyone had re-grouped before she started taking when we were moving from location to location. Wieliczka is a must visit place when you are in Kraków, remember to wear comfortable shoes as there is plenty of walking and going down the stairs included in the tour.

Such an amazing site! Be prepared for a lot of walking though. There are over 800 steps and at the end there is a 10 minute walk before getting the lift to the surface. The tour was good, well timed and a good pace but at some points our guide was too quiet. However she didn’t mind answering questions so you didn’t miss anything. The whole thing was clear and well put together. The actual mine is incredible and definitely not to be missed!
