Not a good tour guide! Wouldn’t recommend this tour based on that. There are other tours you can take to Auschwitz with a much better guide. Really disappointed. Also had to be rushed around Birkneau as it was 30 mins until close when we arrived. Not impressed.

Meeting point was clear & pick up was on time. Bus was packed but clean & warm enough. Driver was kind. The guide at Auschwitz was fantastic. Everything moves along quite quickly & the ground is quite uneven so if you have mobility problems, this could be a challenge. I have ankle injuries & was barely able to keep up (& was walking fast).

This was the trip that I had hoped to take at some stage in my life and this Thursday I achieved this goal. I arranged my ticket via the website and the price was really competitive and it could t be more easier. When I arrived at the collection point I was a little confused so went a day earlier to check it out so that I knew exactly were I was heading for. That was a good plan as to be honest it’s at the rear of the massive shopping centre Galeria Krakowska and is situated at the top of the escalators on the bus station on (stand one in my case). The journey it labels took 1.5 hours and unfortunately the toilet on the coach was locked in both outward and return journeys so it is advisable to use the toilet in the shopping centre before boarding. All in all this trip was excellent and heartbreaking (auschwitz) also. Excellent and efficient service throughout this booking and excellent communication throughout Recommended!.
