The bus was on time as much on arrival and on departure. The only problem was that the bus was a different colour and company from the one that it had been sent to us by email. We had to ask a driver at the station if it was the right bus because we were a little bit confused.

It was very impressive to see and hear about the atrocities in Auschwitz and Birkenau. Our guide was very good and had a lot to tell about the camps. I would highly recommend a guided tour, though I do have to say that it can be very depressing and chilling. I will remember this experience for the rest of my life.
