It was good! A bit rushed, so you might not get to slow down and take your time and see the exhibits at your own pace, but very helpful in explaining the significance of parts of the museum you might not otherwise be able to understand. Our guide was helpful in pointing out small details that we didn't notice before!

We read several reviews before booking this and decided to do it on our own and glad we did. This is basically a routed museum at the site of Schindlers factory. It focuses more on the German occupation of Krakow, the creation of the Jewish Quarter and life for them during this time. You don’t actually visit a factory with machinery and concludes about Schindler at all he did. If you want to absorb all the information then do it on your own and not on a guided tour as these seem to be very rushed. We bought a guide book, did it on our own, at our own pace and it took 3 hours. There is plenty to read, look ant and films to watch. We found it quite moving in places and would highly recommend it. It was better than I had imagined and really glad we did it. Some of what you see in the film ‘Schindlers List’ can be identified in and outside of the factory, so make sure you watch the film before you go.

Great Price, Only Downside Was Meeting The Guide. Arrived early as booking stated and no one was there to meet us. Rang company and they said I was stood in correct area outside the main door and a lady would be with us at time. Stood waiting for 15 min and the lady comes from inside the building with no sign of who she is, and just shoved tickets in our hand and told to go in. Maybe as described in booking have someone stood outside from arrival time you want us there, wasted 10 min of my tour waiting extra. Especially because it was end of day just before it closes.
