I took the Zakopane tour with Gregor P as my guide and driver, and it was the perfect way to end my stay in Kraków. Despite having large luggage, everything went smoothly and comfortably. On the way, Gregor shared fascinating historical and cultural stories about Kraków and Poland, which made the journey even more engaging. In Zakopane, I could tasted traditional wood-smoked cheese, visited the ski jump arena, a mountain-top cross, and beautiful wooden chapels—each stop was thoughtfully planned.(of course including cable and village tour) Thanks to Gregor’s detailed guidance and warm hospitality, it was a fun and memorable trip!

Full description

Zakopane is the capital of Polish Tatra Mountains. There is a superb scenery, perfect for winter sports lovers and fans of trekking trails. This area also has a characteristic dialect and splendid food. We wil show you a unique wooden architecture and sculptor's house in Chocholow village. Then we will take you to Witow village for local cheese (Oscypek) and spirits tasting. Next we will take you to Zakopane traditional marketplace to buy handmade equipment for your house, or traditional local food.. Then we will take you for Gubalowka Hill Cable Car for iconic views of Tatra Mountains. Then you will enjoy some free time at Krupowki main street of Zakopane. Finally we will show you a unique wooden architecture of the region at Chapel of Jaszczurówka and Peksowy Brzyzek famous wooden cemetery (the Chapel and cemetery are optional). You can also choose an option to walk around the area on your own for 5 hours and just do whatever you prefer. An alternative is to visit Chochołów Thermal Pools and Aqua Park for 3 hours and just relax. Finally you can choose Full Zakopane tour as described above with Chochołów Thermal Pools and Aqua Park as a complete option of the product.
