Choose from 4 different tour options, each featuring their own history and landmarks. After being picked up from your accommodation, meet your local expert city guide who will be ready to answer your questions and provide facilities according to your needs.  Walk around the Krakow Old Town, a UNESCO World Heritage Site surrounded by Planty park, where the city walls used to stand in the Medieval times. See the main square with its famous St. Mary’s Basilica, Cloth Hall and the Barbican and Florian’s Gate. Every hour, listen out for the same bugle call played from the Basilica’s higher tower. Climb the Wawel Hill, where you’ll find a complex of sacred buildings including the Royal Wawel Castle, which is the historical monument and symbol the of many national and religious traditions of Poland. Pass by the Wawel dragon and the Royal Cathedral which was the place of the coronations and burials of many Polish kings. Pick the option to explore the Kazimierz and Podgorze Quarters and take a journey through the history of Jewish culture in Krakow. Experience the unique atmosphere of the district and see the most important synagogues, impressive gothic churches, and the oldest Jewish cemeteries. Wander through the streets and marvel at the mixture of old architecture, modern elements, and artistic murals. In the Podgorze district, see the remnants of ghetto walls and authentic photographs of its residents. Visit the main market of the district called Rynek Podgorski which features one of the most beautiful neo-Gothic churches in Krakow - St. Joseph's Church. Walk through the Bohaterow Getta Square, where people were gathered and taken to the concentration camps. Too bad the night falls quickly for December but the visit was charged with emotion with a guide speaking very good French and knowing eccellementl history of Krakow and Poland the dramas which leave us imprints of hope because Poland is rebuilt relives and its history is exciting thank you anna you answered questions that seemed to me unanswered why people tear them apart while they lived in harmony you bcp brought us Anna I left with other ideas too bad we chose the night because I had wanted to see the gettho better i will come back to poland thanks anna
