we was waiting at our collection point for 10.30 at 10.40 I had a phone call to ask where we were the tour guide told us there had been a mistake but don't know why and told us to wait where we were and he would come to us. by the time we set off it was about 11am I then felt the tour was rushed as we only stopped once to take photos. when we arrived at schindlers factory I ask if we got off for the tour and the guide said no so I showed him my ticket and he rung his manager, then we were told to make our own way back. we paid over £100 for this trip. if we made our own way it would have cost us far less. it was a very dissapointing trip. At no time did we get an apology for not picking us up to start with at our location point.
