We really enjoyed the Factory museum. It was filled with plenty to see. It was good to go through it at our own pace, although at times we felt rushed due to large your groups. My older dad felt it a bit much at once, he suggested a cafe or seating area half way through. He felt with so much to see at once he couldn't take it all in and having a break would've helped this. The downside for us - the ordeal of trying to meet the appropriate vendor to collect our tickets. It was badly organised, with it feeling like feeding time at the zoo. The first vendor wasn't ours and it was getting quite tense as time went on waiting on our vendor who was slightly late. It did make us panic a bit. The number given was unreachable. When he did come out, people swamped him and people were leaning and speaking over eachother It definitely needs a better set up for collection. I didn't really feel we "skipped the line" either.

Excellent museum & very informative & interesting exhibition. Liked all the different kinds of interactive presentations. Slightly lower score due to the large numbers of large groups allowed in at one time making it difficult to navigate our way around. Felt we missed out on some parts of the museum due to this. We went around on our own and there were parts where it was a bit chaotic & unclear as to which direction we needed to go (I’m sure it’s different with a guide). Just felt a bit claustrophobic at times due to the amount of people & I wouldn’t like to visit in the height of summer for that reason.

Slight mix up with times - we arrived on schedule but discovered an email had been sent putting our tour behind by two hours! Would suggest maybe a WhatsApp or text message might be better as families on holiday may not always be checking emails. As it was lunchtime we had some very reasonably priced food at the nearby Hala Lipowa. Apart from that the tour itself was fine - the museum is very busy so there is not as much time to look at the exhibits as some might prefer and there is pressure on the guides to keep moving to avoid logjams. There are various video displays with which there is no time to interact. The museum is also very warm - even after leaving our coats in the free lockers we still felt overheated!
