Great experience. Very easy and well organised. Tour guides were great. We brought our own lunch. There is a cafe at the end also but we were hungry after the first tour so it’s a long wait for the cafe. Food is provided pre-paid. Do grab a hot chocolate at the end in the cafe! Nice warm up after freezing at the second tour as the second camp is very open!

I would highly recommend visiting Auschwitz and Berkinau and I would also recommend booking through GET YOUR GUIDE. It is an experience my friend and I will never forget, it was an extremely heartbreaking. However, it was very interesting. The only downfall I had was the fact I felt asif the day was a little rushed, the tour guide seemed to go a little fast. I think the groups should be smaller in order for everyone to be able to read, listen and understand. Also, it’s a shame there isn’t headphones at Birkenau as I struggled to hear the tour guide which was very frustrating, my friend and I couldn’t get to the front to listen because we had a large group on the same tour.

Received a whatsapp 1 day before with the pickup time and an option to add lunch. Bus arrived only 10minutes late. Tour leader provided an useful and organised plan. The tour guide for the 2 camps gave informative insights and went at a reasonable pace, maybe slightly fast as people at the back of the group had not yet arrived at each location until she had already spoken and was already moving on. The headsets helped with still hearing her voice, but the context was hard to gage when you are still looking at something different due to the tight corridors. Overall the organisation was great and the camps themselves were obviously extremely depressing but gave you a small insight into what life was like there. I recommend watching Schindler's List before going, to give more context and picture it all better. Be prepared for a mentally tiring day in a very dark and eerie site. Would recommend this tour, especially for the price. Thank you.
