Well organised with prompt pick up from our hotel, comfortable coach and pleasant drive to the activity. This had to be the smoothest coach journey I have been on in my life. Lunch was included and surprisingly good for a packed lunch. All in all this trip was excellent value for money approx £25 per person for a full day including lunch and coach travel & guide you could even pick a different drop off point if you wanted on the way back.

The whole experience was very well organised and interesting. Everything went to schedule and we were kept up to date with any changes etc. The guide was fabulous, very knowledgeable and informative and answered all questions. It is a very sad and poignant trip into past history and what happened during those terrible times - we see it on TV and in films but this really gives you a sad realisation of the suffering people endured.

Good communication by Get Your Guide staff. Tour of Auschwitz was crowded and rushed. Took the edge off a hopefully interesting experience. Disappointed the coach never had a bathroom/toilet on board. This is a big oversight. Lunch was average because the bread rolls had hardly any filling inside and they were hard to swallow. Guide never gave us directions back to the parking lot which was difficult for all passengers, but was otherwise very nice and polite and answered every question.
