Our guide, Dale was extremely knowledgeable about the history of food and drink in Poland. The restaurants he chose served delicious food and vodka. We sampled a variety of Polish delicacies, and flavored vodkas. In addition, the venues were charming and unique. Dale was very serious about making sure we understood the history and origins of Polish food. I’d definitely recommend this tour.
