Fascinating place. Highly recommend. Amazing what was going on underground, beautiful sculptures and chandeliers. Well organised, yes, there are a lot of steps but not all in one go. The guide was very informative telling us events that happened on each level, we got breaks for a few minutes throughout the tour. It wasn’t possible to be socially distant in the lift up to the surface. Outside there is a kiosk selling drinks and a few souvenirs, there is also a BBQ set up, looked like they were selling sausage sandwiches. We had a little hiccup with the pick up, it was sorted efficiently and quickly so no complaints.

Very nice visit of the salt mines. The only warning to do was the umpteenth change of time by GetYourGuide, moreover once we arrived at the mines we waited a good 40 'before actually starting the guide. Let's say if I had other plans they would have gone awry. For the rest, the guide, although Polish, spoke a fair amount of Italian. She explained herself well along the way and with her sympathy she managed to make us walk a lot. Too bad it causes covid some paths are blocked.

Excellent half day visiting the salt mines, the transport was on time in a nice and cold air-conditioned bus, the parking was close and the tickets etc were handled without issue. No queuing for entry etc we just walked straight to the front and in we went! Well worth visiting and this trip made it easy to get to - highly recommended Thank you :)
