Nice tour to have seen. Transport included. Unfortunately, the pick up time was changed to two times. We were picked up an hour and a half before the tour started. While the travel time was 20 minutes. Nice tour to have experienced, only in the mine we found the group far too large and the guide too impersonal. We had a live guide, but you might as well have had a headset with a strap.

They told us the time and the meeting point for transportation to the salt mine. The driver was friendly and personable! Very helpful. The guide was very experienced and charismatic, thanks to which the visit was more interesting than expected. The salt mine is absolutely worth visiting for its particularity.

very good guide

We had a bad driver to accompany us to the scene of the visit. The driver had not prepared his pickup circuit, we circulated 35 miniute in Krakow to reach his second meeting point which put her late. As a result we arrived with a small delay, fortunately following my requests we joined the group before the start of the visit. His driving was not safe. Sergio
