This trip is one of the best activities we've ever been in Europe. Well worth visiting and the tour company is very well organised. The tour guide, Martin(or Marcin), is very knowledgeable and attentive. This tour is very informative and involves lots of walking. More time spent outdoors so the appropriate outfit and comfortable shoes are the must. It took in total of 7 hours from the pick up until drop off time. Highly recommended!

It was unbelievable interesting. The guy from the transport was very professional and on time. Once we got to the camp the guide waiting for us was very very professional, she told the story with a lot of respect letting us know as detailed as possible everything that she could. I would definitely highly recommend it. More than happy with the service.

Transport was fine - bus was warm and collected us on time, they offered us another pick up spot as our place was not within the reach. I ordered the lunchbox and it was pretty much ok - nothing super fancy but enough since we did not have any time for getting our own food beforehand. The trip takes almost the entire day, we were back close before sundown more or less - bear this in mind. I read at many places that this types of excursions are very short and rushed and you don't have the time yourself to see it all. Since it was -5C in our case, I think the time of the tour was just perfect. You do not need to spend hours in Auschwitz in order to get an idea of what was happening there. Ofc, for people who want to study it more thorough and already have the basic understanding of the Holocaust, this excursion may feel as running on the surface only.
