This was a well organised tour, got picked from our hotel at the time they said. It was just over an hours drive to Auschwitz but we had a 20min comfort break on the way. Brilliant. Guide spoke very good English and it was a day that will stay with me forever and these guys also made it a day it a day not to forget. Highly recommend

Visit Auschwitz on a day trip from Krakow. Learn about the history of the Auschwitz-Birkenau concentration camps during a guided tour with a certified historian and guide.

Auschwitz-Birkenau was founded in 1940 by Nazi Germany and was the largest concentration camp operated by the Nazis. It became the final resting place for millions of people, mostly Jews and Poles, who were murdered in gas chambers.

Pass through the gate with the inscription "Arbeit macht frei" to enter Auschwitz I, where your guide will show you around the preserved area and explain the history of the site. 
Then, visit the second camp at Birkenau, where mass killings took place as part of the Nazi "Final Solution to the Jewish Question."

  • During Last Minute tours, waiting time in queue may last up to a few hours
  • In rare cases when no guide will be available, the tour may be changed to a self-guided tour with a guidebook in your language or cancelled with a full refund.
  • The museum determines the tour's pace
  • You are not permitted to enter the museum with large bags or backpacks (the maximum size allowed is 20 x 30 cm)
  • For non-English guided tours, note that the excursion leader may not speak your chosen language; it applies only to the museum tour itself.

An absolute gem! I wasn’t quite convinced because I found an offer price and some reviews were sooo negative that at the end I didn’t mind losing £20. However, I have no words for the punctuality the bus picked us up, the great guides, everything went so smooth that I almost feel sorry for those who pay more than £20 for this experience! It was completely worth value. Great English guide in each camp, clear instructions and quite friendly.
