Chris, who guided us and transported to the Auschwitch camp was a professional in a word. He pointed out us the important spots in the visited site well, explained everything in detail. He was also very kind and gentle. He tried to help us for everything. Thank you dear Chris, you made our day and visit extra unforgetable.

A rich experience that is worth the detour! We took the shuttle in front of the mercury hotel at the agreed time. Very easy to access, the stop is identifiable and the driver comes to you. We were the only French people and we had a small booklet explaining the course of the 2 camps. Only downside, we did not understand all the instructions given by the driver in the bus in English. The driver does not speak French. When booking, if you would like a guide, please click on the option. I clicked on the option but in the end I only found myself with a reading guide (book which is provided) and not an appropriate person

We had a nice guide who gave us good information. The arrangement with the transport was excellent, largely door to door. However, the arrangement was perhaps not the most optimal. Our pick up time was moved up and we left late. Unfortunately, it made it quite stressful once in place. There were also no good lunch options during the day. We didn't have time to eat until after the tour which was late. Otherwise very nice guide who was welcoming. I recommend this, BUT bring your own lunch that you can eat when it suits you.
