Pawel, our host, was such a knowledgeable gentleman. He gave us a memorable experience and made the day much more than a tour of a historical site - he put personality into things and told us stories that weren't necessarily part of the tour. He was prompt in collecting us from the designated pick-up and even dropped us directly to our hotel at the end of the day. The transport was impeccably clean and comfortable. I wpould not hesitate to recommend to anyone.

The departure time was moved, but it was announced well in advance the day before. The trip was self-guided, but the guide explained clearly how to proceed and gave expert tips about the destinations themselves. You were given a guide book in the language of your choice, it was very helpful. You could hand out the book as soon as you set off, the bus trip would be a good time to get to know it in more detail in advance. A successful trip, the arrangements worked well.

100% worth it! Our driver (Paul) was really nice and helpful, he talked a lot about the camps while traveling. The departure was delayed by 15 mins but he texted us the evening before to let us know the changes. We had enough time to see both the Birkenau camp site and Auschwitz museum. On the way back to Krakow he offered to drop us off anywhere we wanted in the city.
