We were a group of friends. The journey to Auschwitz was made in a private van for us driven by Gregor, a friendly Pole who spoke perfect Spanish, the journey was comfortable and enjoyable. Once in the field you meet the guide who explains the history that happened there and provides data investigated by him. The excursion is recommended but a bit expensive.

I went last year in september. I really appreciated everything about this tour but I feel like the Birkenau visit was very rushed, hence why I am leaving 4 stars. I think it would be nice if they gave everyone an additional hour to wander by themselves, especially in the Birkenau area.

Despite the cancellation of our reservation in French to offer us the tour in English, we found the transfer and the visit very good. Our guide was touching and very clear. A moment that allows you to never forget the horrors of the past while truly becoming aware of the immensity of these atrocities, so little time ago. An experience you can't forget!
