Pick up location was easy to find the transportation car was clean air-conditioned. The seats were comfortable the driver the guide everyone was friendly. The guide was very informative. We also had a special guest that was closely connected to these unfortunate events.The experience itself of course was heavy sad painful I admire the parents that took their kids there. It’s something that should never be forgotten during this time, history is repeating itself. It’s a heavy reminder that things haven’t changed much especially in the US.

Really good trip, had some issues at the beggining with the coach but they changed it after a complaint which I was very impressed with. Good tour guide, maybe in the future would be good to talk a little slower since the headsets don’t always pick up the best sound and have the best range but was an eye opening day.
