The most wonderful guide really brought to life the life and the horrors of victims of Auschwitz. Our driver was fantastic and helpful We were sent a message the day before the trip to say we would be collected at 3:50am and would have to queue to get tickets at the main entrance which was not what we had booked and paid for (we paid £100 per person so we were not happy) BUT- they managed to sort us tickets last minute and picked us up at 7:30am so we were very happy but customers should know this is a very busy monument and that you might have to leave in the very early hours if tickets have not been secured We left our booking very late, two weeks before our visit so I am please they were able to accommodate us and recommend them

Fantastic trip from start to finish. Pick up time was changes from 0900 to 1140 but minibus was fantastic quality. Driver was excellent and guide at the camps was superb - very passionate and made me want to learn more.
