Good communication before trip. Unfortunately there was a 30 minute delay on the day but this was communicated so we knew about it and weren’t just standing there. The tour was the opposite way around to advertised but caused no issues. Our driver was also the guide at Auschwitz. Very informative. Long day but worth it to see both sites.
