Nice driver, good price. The only problem was that cars were not allowed to enter in my hotel street so the driver had to leave the car and walk to collect me, running back to the car to don't get any ticket. I think the company should know about these restrictions in old town and comunicate to the client, selecting a new pickup point. It would be much easier for both driver and customer. Another note, the description shows Bottle of water included, no one offered this, not that I care to be honest, but if it's not like that better don't show it in the description of this transfer.

The electric car is silent and allowed to use taxi lanes, so transport from the airport to the city was quick. The driver was already waiting for us at the arrival hall, more than 30 minutes before the estimated time of arrival. On our way to the hotel he gave us advise about trips and food, Polish language and other subjects we asked him about.

Top geregeld! We werden precies op de afgesproken tijd opgehaald. Alleen niet in een elektrische auto, dus we konden ook niet over speciale banen rijden. Desondanks waren we ruim op tijd op het vliegveld. De chauffeur was vriendelijk en heeft ons netjes naar het vliegveld gebracht. We hebben de taxi de dag voordat we weg gingen geboekt. Snel geregeld!
