Joanna, our guide, was absolutely amazing! She kept us well-informed throughout the day so everyone knew what we would be doing, what to expect, what time to meet back at the bus, etc. She even provided recommendations for things to do and places to eat in both Zakopane and Krakow which was really helpful! Overall, the day ran smoothly and was very well organised, and the driver was also friendly and helpful. The only minor point would be that the thermal baths were packed out and felt more like a public swimming pool than anything.

Great experience, not a pleasant activity, but an important one. Our guide was very knowledgeable and captivating (I'm so sorry but I've forgotten the name) - ensuring that everyone felt included. Transport was great - we were picked up and dropped back to our hotel. Kacper was a great driver. There were 2 short breaks during the day but we were prepared for that from reading other reviews.

it was good, on time beautiful views we didn't see the tantra lakes like the pic or go to the funicular as it was closed but they took us to another cable car that allowed us to get to the mountain and enjoy the best views also good food and tried amazing cheeseee and cherry drinks. it was very lovely experience and good time to enjoy each stop. liked it Alot!

It was excellent. Beautiful scenery and lots of great activities. Marek's knowledge, politeness and energy contributed to a fantastic day out. Zakopane viewpoint & Gorący Potok thermal baths being a real highlight. Fantastic day out.

Brilliant day out in highly recommend it for anyone to do when visiting poland. Great value for money, lovely provided lunches and our guide Kamil was brilliant.
