The setting is fantastic - the views of the Tatra mountains were amazing. The baths were incredibly busy and the main pool was not particularly relaxing (eurodance music being played quite loudly and lots of people drinking booze, even at 11am). The saunarium is wonderfully relaxing, however, and this made the whole experience for my partner and I (you must ensure you have an open ticket to access this area). All saunas and pools in this section are naturist, so that should be borne in mind for anyone who may find that an issue.

The transport from and to our accommodation has been long but our driver made it seem shorter. Rafael had made us feel very comfortable and shared many great information about the areas that we driven through. The thermal baths were absolutely amazing, overall we had the best time and we could not complain about any part of this trip.

Really lovely experience, was so easy from start to finish, had a great guide who picked us up from our hotel, took us to the thermal baths giving us a guided tour in route, took us in the reception got us set up and gave us all the information we needed before being outside ready and waiting to take us home again! Can’t fault any of the day of the day! Our driver Albert was lovely, great English and very friendly, he was even apologising for the rush hour traffic! Highly recommend the day.
