What to Expect
A trip to Krakow wouldn’t be complete without seeing its important religious and medieval sights. Join a 3-hour tour of the city’s most interesting churches and cathedrals and explore its historic castle area as well.

You’ll start out at the tour provider’s office in the heart of Old Town and head out on a short walk to the ornate Baroque Church of St. Anne, before admiring the altar inside St. Mary’s Basilica. You’ll also visit St. Adalbert’s, the oldest church in Krakow, located in the center of the biggest medieval market square in Europe.

Make your way into the Franciscan Church and admire its magnificent stained glass windows and cloister, as you hear about Krakow’s unique Christmas traditions and see the hall of important Polish religious figures.

The Bishop’s Palace (exterior visit only), once home to Pope John Paul II, is next. Then you’ll walk along the oldest street in Krakow to the Church of St. Peter and St. Paul and hear the story of the nuns of St. Claire the Poor.

Finish off with a tour of the Wawel Cathedral, located in the castle area, and the jewel in Krakow’s crown. Hear stories of years gone by and learn about the most prominent figures in Krakow’s history.

Get a close-up view of the legendary Sigismund Bell from the top of the Bell Tower.
