Would definitely reccomend booking a small group tour!! I did a ‘normal’ trip to the hong islands the day before, and paying an extra for this phi phi trip was definitely worth it. We had a small group and when we got to Bamboo island there were no other tours there. Our guide timed the trip so that we missed the big crowds from larger tours (eg going to Maya bay when most groups were on lunch break). There was lots of opportunities for snorkelling. Overall a nice, peaceful day!
The lesson was amazing. We both had never done anything like this before, so was quite challenging. But the trainers were helpful, and pushed you to your limits. Very sore legs the next day, but was so worth it. Would highly recommend.
Pick up from the hotel was very efficient (in fact - early!), took us to the port with 30 mins to spare. Ferry is huge, comfortable and got us to ao nang in 2.5 hours. A great way to travel between koh lanta and ao nang
It was only one transfer - but it worked perfectly - was very relaxed
Nice driver, prompt, friendly and communicative. I would book again!
