Absolutely incredible! We were apprehensive about booking this experience at first as we were staying far from the pick up point, and it meant waking up at 5am - but it proved to be the best day out of the entire holiday! The coach ride is lengthy, but it is filled with amazing views and plenty of stops to take photos, use the bathroom and stretch your legs. Freeman was a great tour guide, providing lots of interesting information. The rafting itself is fantastic - floating on shimmering water as you make your way through one of the most beautiful national parks in Europe, with a perfect mix of relaxing tranquility, and the adrenaline of the rushing rapids. I would recommend this to anyone who visits Montenegro! Top tips: Breakfast is around 11-12, so if you have to get up early, have a snack beforehand if you think you’d get hungry Bring things to do - the journey is worth it, but it is long, so a book, or downloading some Netflix on your phone works a treat!

Very early departure from our accommodation, but Sunday morning was beautiful and the traffic calm. On the bus trip to the north, we saw wonderful landscapes and our guide Slobodan told interesting stories about the country and its history. Breakfast and lunch were ok and came in handy. White water rafting was a great experience even for us 50-year-olds, the rest of our group was clearly younger. The current was not very wild at the end of July and the going was relaxed. The scenery was beautiful, our group was fun and lots of boats on the river. We recommend it to everyone! The experience is suitable for all ages. Sari and Jouni, Finland

The process went smoothly. Our guide Nina was great and she had a few great tips on what to do in Montenegro. The rafting was fun and the guide was very funny. We could swim in the river and jump off rocks. It is important to know that due to the low water level of the Tara, the rapids bring more of a relaxed acceleration and rafting experience. For experienced possibly a bit "boring" in July.
