We were very lucky: the weather was great, the park was not overcrowded with safari guests and we saw an incredible number of elephants and other animals. The meal afterwards was a delicious buffet consisting of a small salad bar and a selection of curries typical for Sri Lanka. The visit to the elephant lift station was relatively short, but it was fun to watch the young animals being fed. We liked this safari better than the one in Yala Park!
