Shala river is one of the most beautiful destinations in Northern Albania, described as a “natural wonder” by the many tourists who were fascinated by the pure and crystalline water of this wonderful little paradise. You will leave with our minibus at 06:45 from Shkoder and after about 1 and a half hours of travel you will arrive in Koman. At 9:00 you will leave with a traditional and you will reach Shala around 10:45 During your stay in Shala you can relax, swim and have fun with the Zip-Line. The Shala area also offers bar and restaurant services. At 14:00 the boat will take you back to Koman where you will leave with our minibus to return to Shkoder where you will arrive around 17:45

Day one, from Shkoder to Valbona Departure at 06:30 from Shkoder to Koman You will arrive in Koman and board the ferry which, after a wonderful navigation on Lake Koman, will take you to Fierze. Our minibus will be ready to welcome you and take you directly to our guesthouse where, after handing over your room you will be served lunch. Free time to visit the Valbona national park. Traditional dinner from the Valbona Valley Day two, from Valbona to Theth Breakfast and the guesthouse will provide you with a pleasant picnic for your trek. Arrival in Theth, room delivery, free time to visit Theth national park Traditional dinner Day three, from Theth to Shkoder Breakfast, free time to continue the visit of Theth 11am, meeting with our minibus at the starting point for the return to Shkoder 01:30pm arrival in Shkoder.

Meet us at 6:45am in our office in Shkoder for your departure with minibus. You arrive in Koman at 8:45am. At 9:00am you will take a small dragobia boat and go from Koman to 5-Stinet guesthouse. As soon as you get out of the boat, you walk a little bit and will arrive at guesthouse where you will eat lunch that is included in the tour. (Our staff will ask what you like, fish, meat etc.) After you can explore the Komani lake by kayak, or you can take a swim in the lake. You will have free time until 2:00pm. At that time, the boat driver will come pick you up from the guesthouse and take you back to Koman where you arrive at 3:30pm. In Koman at 3:45 you take the minibus and arrive in Shkoder at 5:45

The journey starts from Koman lake, which is approximately 3.30h drive from Durres. You will experience a ride with a local boat to enjoy beautiful landscapes and spectacular views. After the ride, you will have some free time to explore the area, sunbath, swim into the cold crystal waters of the river, have lunch at a local restaurant, take some amazing pictures or just relax by admiring the unique scenery. Back to the starting point in Koman lake in the late afternoon and start the journey back to Durres.

This part of the river tour will introduce breathtaking views of Komani Lake, Albanian Alps By11:30am, we reach Fierza where the van will take us to Valbona, passing by Bajram Curri. We arrive in Valbone at 12:45pm, where we accomodate in the Inn(Guesthouse) followed by lunch with traditional and fresh food and drinks, and get a feel of the characteristic hospitality of the area. In the afternoon we are free to explore the area, the river bed and possibly the waterfall. 20:30 we will join again at the guesthouse where a dinner with other meals is served. End of day one with comfortable sleep. Day 2 In the morning, after a comfortable sleep, breakfast with fresh local produce is served in the presence of a wonderful panorama and fresh air. 11:00am is time to return to Fierze where we board the Ferry towards Koman. Around 18:00 we arrive in Shkoder marking this way the end of this tour and of this wonderful experience. We will visit the Komani Lake, Valbona River, the town of Bajram Curri. The accommodation will be at guesthouse in Valbona.
