Mr. Ho is an excellent driver, communicative and very kindly person. He took us from the airport upon arrival to the island. We used his service during all our stay. And finally he took us from the hotel to the airport. We became friends with Mr. Ho. And when we left, there was a big goodbye at the airport. Thank you Mr. Ho. Lina Cat with son.

Pickup was on time. Because it was raining he drove his car to the pickup point and loaded our luggage for us. Other people with other transfer services had to walk the parking lot in the pouring rain. Also brought our luggage to the hotel lobby. Didn't speak/understand english.

Beim Hinflug wurde unser Anschlussflug umgebucht & deswegen mussten wir auch den Transfer umbuchen. Aus Bankok haben wir ein Mail geschickt, dass der Flug geändert wurde & es war überhaupt kein Problem. Wir sind sehr freundlich eine Stunde später empfangen worden. Vielen lieben Dank! Auch der Transfer vom Hotel zum Flughafen hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Sehr pünktlich und sehr freundlich.
