Full description

Discover the natural beauty of the Mu Ko Ang Thong Marine Park on a day trip from Surat Thani. Savour a light breakfast, appetizers throughout the day, lunch, and fresh fruits. Stay hydrated with chilled soft drinks, tea, and coffee.

You will be kayaking or snorkeling at destinations like Koh Tai Plao. Visit Emerald Lake and admire the sunset on the water with a banana split to relax with.

Begin your day with a hotel/accommodation pick-up in the morning. Step aboard a luxury yacht and be greeted by your crew for the day. After briefly describing the yacht’s facilities, safety procedures, and what awaits you, take a moment to explore the yacht while familiarizing yourself with one of the many sunny or shaded areas on the decks.

Experience a personal service with a maximum of 14 guests onboard the blue dragon classic Thai yacht or 34 guests onboard the red dragon classic Thai yacht with an international chef on board.

Voyage towards the northernmost corner of the park and savour delicious appetizers as you cruise. Explore the magnificent scenery of the Gulf of Thailand, which dolphins and whales like to call home. Arrive at Koh Tai Plao where caves, hidden lagoons, and white sandy beaches reside.

Go for a spectacular guided sea kayaking experience along the coastline to explore sensational cliffs and magical tunnels that are only found at this location. Spot secluded picturesque beaches and their crystal clear, calm waters.

Sail north past the park, to Koh Wao, where the best sites are at. Join your professional snorkeling instructor who will take you on an amazing journey to explore Thailand’s tropical reef.

Eat a freshly prepared Thai cuisine buffet lunch while you make your way to the Marine Park’s waters. Journey along the park's most interesting limestone islands, which rise from the sea as dramatic rock cliffs and bizarre rock formations.

Arrive at the well-known Emerald Lake where you will be transferred to the beach. Climb up the steps through dense rainforest and narrow ravines to see a beautiful viewpoint overlooking the surrounding islands.

Take a stroll down the steps to witness the hidden saltwater lake completely enclosed by walls, nicknamed the Blue Lagoon.

Sail back to Koh Samui to take in the magnificent scenery of the Ang Thong marine park, Koh Phangan and Koh Samui along the way. Also, pass the Five Islands to indulge in a banana split whilst embracing wonderful views of the sunset.

Around 6:15 PM, arrive back at the Koh Samui jetty to board your vehicle to transfer back to your accommodation.

Originally I was hesitant to book a full day boat trip because of our toddler, but he loved it! The boat was much more child-proved than I had expected, he could jump and walk around freely and he had the jacuzzi as a swimming pool! The experience for us was top and very much worth the extra money! The park was beautiful, the kayaking and snorkeling were really fun, there was plenty of time for everything - no crowd, no hurrying. The crew was great, the boat was beautiful. The food service was great too (late breakfast around 11, lunch around 15, fruits&ice cream on sunset). Everything was perfectly organized. One of the best boat trips we’ve done so far! One Tipp: Check the sea weather forecast before you book - the good weather made our experience even better!

It was about 30 pax on the boat and service was great. They gave clear briefing at the start of the journey and remind us throughout what's coming up next. One thing to note is that the climb up to the Emerald Lake is quite steep so do wear comfortable slippers with good friction as there's alot of sand on the steps as well. Food was nice though they have limited fish so we dare not ask for 2nd serving in case there weren't enough. Would have given 5 stars but I didn't receive any email that they were supposed to send with the photos they helped took on the trip.

Yes, this tour is a little bit more pricey, but we felt it was absolutely worth the money! We felt really taken care of and avoided other tourists. Also we were really lucky with the snorkeling and saw lots of beautiful fish and corals. The tour guide was really thoughtful and took great pictures of us. I can absolutely recommend this one!
