We loved Pig Island and Koh Tan! Getting there was quick, maybe 25 minutes. Then the boat ride was 10 minutes. Sam, our guide, was great with a good sense of humor and stellar English. The pigs were cute. We got one hour on the first island. We spent the first 30 min feeding and petting pigs and 30 min in the ocean. Then we got on the boat and took 5 min to the snorkeling spot. The water was murky even with good weather but we still saw some fish, mostly zebra ones and yellow ones. They gave us 40 min to snorkel which was plenty of time. Then we headed to Koh Tan (another 5 min to get there). We enjoyed lunch and swimming again, about another hour. Everything was quick but didn’t feel that rushed. Great experience!

Start your day with pick up by an air-conditioned minivan from your accommodation. Head to the pier south of Koh Samui Island and hop on board the speedboat. Arrive at Koh Madsum where you can relax and swim in the pristine waters or play with the friendly pigs on the island.
