We were picked up on time at 4:00 a.m. Unfortunately, the drive to the pier took a long time, which is why we had to leave so early. We drove for about three hours from the hotel. The weather was good. The waves were high (it was the beginning of the rainy season), so we were bouncing around on the boat. It was fun at first, but it got tiring after a while. The boat trip took almost an hour and a half. For snorkeling enthusiasts, there were three spots to choose from during the trip. Since I can't snorkel myself, I preferred to spend more time on the beach. The Similian Islands are truly a paradise. Since we arrived so early, there were hardly any other people there and we could take photos, swim and sunbathe without any problems. The food was also very good and varied, and the guide was very nice and helpful. Overall, the trip was very well organized. I am glad that I got to see the islands because they are very beautiful. I would recommend the trip.

The speedboat trip to the islands was exhilarating! The highlights were absolutely the beautiful islands themselves and the opportunity to snorkel with turtles and tropical fish! The crew took wonderful care of us at all times. As the season is ending tomorrow we feel so very fortunate to have had the magnificent opportunity to visit these incredible islands. Definitely a must see trip between October 13th and early May!! Highly recommend this tour!

We thoroughly enjoyed our trip with these guys… had breakfast, buffet lunch, soft drinks, fruit and chewing gum for sea sickness all included. 3am wake up but definitely worth it for the empty beaches arriving an hour before any other company. We had 3 snorkelling stops where we swam with 3 turtles. Speedboat wasn’t as bumpy as expected especially as we went the day before they close for monsoon season. Big Love
