Such a fantastic trip !! We were over an hour drive away but wasn’t an issue at all. The forest was incredible to see and our guide was so knowledgeable and didn’t let us miss a thing from the tiniest of frogs to the getting up close the the endangered red monkey. We then got taken to a secret beach as we were ahead of schedule which was a beautiful site to see. Then the turtles, very steep steps to get down in to the cave but the best experience of a lifetime !!. It can get frustrating with other participants screaming (I don’t think they realised what they are paying to do) but you can’t help the other people there. Overall it was an amazing experience!!
Our driver Fumu was amazing gave us loads of information during our drive from Nungwi and played amazing music and the experience of feeding the turtles was out of this world we was blown away by from the private transportation to the staff at the caves who where very friendly. Many thanks also to Mohamed who kindly adjusted our trip to suit busy times I would highly recommend to anyone looking for this experience especially without big groups
Amazing experience. Was a long journey from Nungwi but our guide Mohammed talked us through different points of interest along the way. The actual turtle swimming was phenomenal and i would recommend for anyone visiting Zanzibar to do!!!!
We are completely thrilled. Our guide was super nice. We saw lots of monkeys and swimming with turtles was an incredibly cool experience.
The activity had to be cancelled because of the weather conditions so we got our Money back without any Problem :)
