Interesting and insightful tour to the history of Lindt and chocolate, not so much about the actual factory process so keep that in mind. Just a note that my GYG ticket said to meet at the meeting point by the lockers (there is one there) but in fact the meeting point was by the ticket desk - maybe best to ask when you get there.

Tour was fantastic. Very interesting commentary from the guide. The additional tastings, such as the historic recipe were a bonus. Tastings at the chocolate fountain were very limited due to other visitors and the tour needing to continue. Those on self guided tours could spend additional time here so that’s a bonus of the self guided (cheaper) tour.
