Amazing cultural and historical experience. I’ve been to the site before but never to the lower grounds. The bell tower with breathtaking views-is a must, so as the caves. Taya was a pleasant and knowledgeable guide. She was able to fetch the tour to our preferences and the start time was also flexible. She was so nice to bring me clean head cover from home. Thank you. Highly recommend!

Since there were only the guide and I in the group, we were free to organize the day. A lot of information was given and I felt I was in good hands and looked after. A great experience if you want to do a little more private sightseeing. The entrance fees have to be paid for both the guide and yourself, but you can expect less than 10 euros for two people. Since we got through the monastery very quickly and there was still some time left, the guide accompanied me through the city and hung a little tour around the back of it. Definitely highly recommended for small groups or people who just want to enjoy culture in peace

Excellent private tour!

This tour exceeded my expectations. We only had one full day in Kiev, and opted to book this tour as we had heard the Pechersk Monastery was a must see. We were picked up in a private vehicle at our hotel, and our very friendly guide (I believe her name was Slava) educated us on Ukranian history and culture during the drive to the Monastery. She had extensive knowledge of the Monastery's history, which made the experience so much richer than it would have been if we had gone by ourselves. When our guide heard that we only had one day to explore the city, she took the time to draw out a walking route for us on a map, and gave us suggestions on the most important things to see. She went above and beyond what we expected, and it made our short stay a memorable one. I highly recommend this tour!
