Unique experience for flowers lovers

If you like flowers and color, this park is a must see. 32 hectares of forest, parks and flowers. Hundreds of different tulips and other flowers outdoors and indoors in the exposition pavilions. You also have places to stop to rest, to eat or have a coffee in all the park. It is better to come in April when all the types of tulips are opened. In May, many types have already been cut as it is already the end of the season.

Fabulous display of tulips laid out so artistically. You need all day to see the huge array on view. There are also good outdoor play areas tucked away among wooded areas, and a few small farm animals and a peacock. There are seating areas near food outlets, and benches dotted around but people also resort to sitting on the grass because so many people flock to see the displays. Tip: go by bus, or bike, or taxi if you aren't on a tour bus. Don't drive there in your own car.

Don’t you dare wait in line!

Amazing. Almost too much to take in but we tried! The municipal bus picks you up right in front of the gate; private tour busses seem to have to park far away. Well organized and plenty of room to spread out. We went early and by the time we left it was a zoo, so definitely go early.
