I was not able to access this self guided tour. I contacted GYG by chat, and they didn't resolve the issue. When I asked for a refund, I was told that I didn't ask for the refund the required # of days before, which of course I hadn't planned to do until the app didn't work! Beware using this service!!

We had problems logging in. Very complicated. We are Canadian and we had no internet in the USA. We finally gave up. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
