Our guide, Tina was excellent her pronunciation of the English language was exceptional I could understand her completely. Her knowledge, enthusiasm, care, organisational skills were 10 out of 10 The coach was magnificent. Spotlessly clean, especially the white head rest covers. Our driver was very safe. Kegan waterfall is the nicest waterfall I have ever seen, worldwide. The shrine was magnificent. However, the best was kept for last, the road with the 40 plus bends coming down from Kegan. Wow, and this was in August the least pretty time of the year to travel this road. We only had the lush green leaves of the wild cherry blossoms, acers, pines, ceders and magnificent bends begging for a Porsche drive ! I can only imagine the spring with budding leaves, the cherry blossom season, the autumn colour and snow cover in winter after seeing the frozen Kegan falls

Tina eas an excellent guide providing interesting cultural information. She provided just the right combination of guiding, information and allowing people to explore at their own pace. The driver was smooth and efficient. Improvement might be adding an additional stop as noone eas intetested in the hor bath. The waterfall and lake probably need less time which could be added to the temple.

Nikko is a very beautiful location rich in culture with unique temple sites and tranquil nature - great day trip from Tokyo! Our guide Adeel was caring, took pictures of us and made sure we enjoyed the tour. The car was comfortable and Adeel even stopped to buy us coffee. Highly recommend!

Malik, our driver, was a friendly and a safe guide. Even with the rainy weather, we were able to see some of the main sights and enjoy the day. He made professional recommendations and remained flexible.

I liked the flexibility of the guide, when he understood that no one was interested in the onsen he changed activities and suggested us the panoramic elevator to the waterfall.
