Ken was excellent from start to finish. Friendly and helpful, great for a mother and daughter. We felt safe at all times. Ken was knowledgeable, sharing interesting history and facts. He looked after us when we got caught in the rain, he gave us time to explore at every place, every place we went to was interesting. He customized our tour because it was daytime - replacing the night market and using that time for something else. The vehicle was large, spotlessly clean and comfortable. Ken picked us up from our Taipei hotel and was early. We did the tour then he dropped us at the cruise terminal. He even drove up as far as he could to limit how far we had to walk with our suitcases. A lovely person who packed the time full of great hinges to do and see. Highly recommend!
Went as expected without any hitch. Alex communicated with us on WhatsApp and sent a photograph of his car with number plate. He told us to come to the correct post number which made it clear our pickup point. We did not have to wait. The website message that the driver would wait for us only 10 minutes was concerning as exit formalities were not under our control, but things worked out well. Alex was knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with.
There is not enough words to express the professionalism, commitment and knowledge of our guide Tony. You can tell he really enjoys the interaction with you and his knowledge of the area and history was amazing! Even though we missed out on things due to heavy rain. Tony still put us first and made sure we were dry and safe. Tony is just an incredible person! I would not hesitate to recommend Tony as your tour guide. 10 out of 10.
