Full description
Experience an unforgettable evening filled with delicious island cuisine and a spectacular story-telling Hawaiian show. You will begin your Plantation Owners Evening begins with a culinary journey back in time. Feast on a traditional dinner at Gaylord’s Restaurant, located in Kilohana Plantation’s 60-acre orchard and agricultural park.

Following dinner, take a leisurely stroll over to the Luau Kalamaku venue where you will enjoy premier seating at the Luau Kalamaku show that pays homage to Kauai's mythology. As the sun sets, marvel at the live Hawaiian music and cast of entertainers including graceful hula dancers, fire poi ball twirlers and traditional fire knife dancing. The cast will take the stage for the 45-minute main show to tell the amazing story of the ancient Hawaiian legend of Kalamakū (“child of the new land”), the epic voyage taken by islanders between Tahiti and Kauaʻi along one of the longest sea roads of Polynesia. Be transported by the interactive stage design of the theatrical luau and travel back in time ancient Polynesia, during the time of the people’s remarkable migration to the Islands.
