No fuss, pick up and return without waitingtime or queuing. The driver was friendly and helpful. We drove in a car with two other turists. This was a very easy way to visit Auschwitz. I got this ticket when it was sold out enywhere else.

Excellent, although they modified the starting hour the day before (more than 2hours), probably because of the high number of visitors in the museum. The guide was very helpful.

Neatly arranged from A to Z. The tickets were picked up for us on location and we received clear instructions so that we could walk through everything.
