Following about 30-40 minutes of preparation time, the helicopter will take off. Begin your 45-minute flight over beautiful hills and valleys to the famous Lukla Airport (Tenzing Hillary Airport), which sits at an elevation of 2,860 meters. Land for 10-15 minutes for refueling at the Lukla Airport, before taking off again. Soar for 25-minutes over the Everest region Fly over the colorful settlements of Namche Bazar, Pheriche, the Tengboche Monastery, and Gorakshep. Make your way up to the famous landing spot of Kalapatthar, which is 200 meters above the Everest Base Camp. 3. From Kathmandu: 12-Day Everest Base Camp Trek

Day 1: Start with pickup from your hotel and travel to Tribhuvan Internation Airport to take an early flight from Kathmandu to Lukla. Upon arrival at Lukla, be transferred to the starting point and begin the trek to Phakding. Stay overnight at a tea house lodge. Day 2: Make your way from Phakding to Namche Bazar, located at an altitude of 3,440 meters. Stay overnight in the town of Namche Bazar. Day 3: Take a rest day to acclimatize to the altitude in Namche Bazar. Relax and enjoy a second overnight stay in the town. Day 4:  Depart from Namche Bazar and hike to Tyangboche located at 3,867 meters. Stay in Tyangboche overnight. Day 5: Leave Tyangboche and hike through a beautiful rhododendron forest. Cross a suspension bridge at Imja Khola, and head towards Minlinggo. Enter the Imjatse Valley beneath the mighty peaks of Ama Dablam, Nuptse, and Lhotse. Stay overnight in Dingboche, located at 4,260 meters.  Day 6: Spend a day acclimatizing to the altitude in Dingboche with an overnight stay at a tea house lodge. Day 7: Head towards Lobuche from Dingboche on a 5.5-hour hike. Stop for lunch in Dugla, and then arrive in Lobuche for an overnight stay at 4,930 meters.  Day 8: After breakfast at Lobuche, begin the trek to Everest Base Camp via Gorakshep. This is one of the most rewarding sections of the entire excursion. Follow the trail up the rocky paths with great views of the Khumbu glacier. Visit the famous Everest Base Camp located at 5,364 meters in altitude. Make your way back to Gorakshep where you will stay the night. Day 9: Hike from Gorakshep to Kala Patthar located at 5,545 meters, and then to Pheriche at 4,243 meters, where you will stay overnight in a tea house lodge. Day 10: Start your descent with a hike from Pheriche to Tyangboche located at 3,867 meters, then Trek- Pheriche to Namche Bazaar. (Altitude: 3440m)where you will spend the night. Day 11: Make your way back to Lukla from Namche Bazaar and a last night at lukla. Day 12: Early morning, board a scenic flight back to Kathmandu. Swayambhunath/Monkey Temple Swayambhunath / Monkey Temple is a 2,500-year-old Stupa situated overlooking Kathmandu Valley. Its name comes from the holy monkey living in part of the complex. The painted eyes on 4 sides symbolize the all-seeing eyes of Buddha, and the site is one of the most sacred Buddhist pilgrimage sites. Pashupatinath Temple Pashupatinath is a temple of Lord Shiva and the most sacred of the 275 Shiva temples worldwide. It is also the oldest temple in Kathmandu. The Bagmati River runs alongside the temple, and is the site not only of pilgrims who bathe in the river, but also contains a special area where members of the royal family are cremated. Boudhanath Stupa Boudhanath Stupa is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and also one of the biggest in the world. It is the most important pilgrimage site for Tibetan Buddhists, who come here by the thousands during the winter festival to pay their respect. Patan Durbar Square Patan Durbar Square is home to the former Patan Royal Family. The most photographed of Kathmandu’s 3 Durbar Squares, it features a remarkable display of Newari architecture. Its main attractions include the Krishna Temple, with its 21 golden pinnacles, Rudra Varna Mahavihar, a Buddhist Monastery that houses local treasures, and the central courtyard of Mul Chowk.

5. Kathmandu: 14-Day Everest Base Camp Trek

Upon your arrival to Tribhuwan International Airport, you will be met by your tour representative before being transferred to hotel. The following day, you will fly to Lukla (2,850 meters) before trekking to Phakding (2,640 meters 4-5 hours). Your trek from Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3,440 meters will take between 6-7 hours). Your 4th day will consist of rest and acclimatization at the Namche Bazaar, where you will enjoy a 2 to 3-hour excursion. On day 5 you will trek from Namche Bazaar to Tengboche (3,870 meters) over the space of 5-6 hrs. Day 6 will involve you trekking from Tengboche to Dingboche (4,410 meters) for 5-6 hours once more.   You will continue to acclimatize further at Dingboche on day 7, before trekking from Dingboche to Lobuche (4,940 meters) on day 8. On day 9, trek from Lobuche to Gorak Shep (5,170 meters) and hike to Everest Base Camp (5,364 meters) before returning back to Gorak Shep. On day 10 you will hike to Kalapathar (5,545 meters) from where you will trek to Pheriche (4,371 meters). You will continue to descend for the next 3 days, before arriving back in Kathmandu on day 13 where you will spend a final evening before your departure the next day.

Nepal's first and most famous National park is situated in the Inner Terai lowlands of Chitwan. Covering an area of 932 sq. kilometers, the park includes hilly areas of the Shivalik Range covered by deciduous trees. Parts of the park are floodplains of the rivers; Narayani, Rapti, and the Reu. You will be picked up from your hotel and transfer to cooking school. Your cooking teacher will welcome you and take you to kitchen. Before start cooking, you will have a short briefing about today's program. Once you are ready, you will wear apron and start doing activities. You will be ask to participate actively to understand and enjoy. She will teach how to cook, volume of the fire or timing. You will know how to cook plain rice (the quantity of rice, water and cooking time) You will know how to prepare Dal Soup (lentil soup) the quantity of dal, salt, spices, water and timing. Chop the seasonal vegetable and learn how to cook (quantity of oil, salt, vegetable, the spices, water and timing) Achar pickle preparing (there are many different spices in Nepalese cuisine) You will learn one of them with tomato, sesame seed, lemon and green coriander. Day 1: Drive to Sundarijal (1,460 meters) and Chisapani (2,165 meters) You'll begin by being met at your hotel, from where you will drive for an hour to your trek's starting point of Sundarijal. From Sundarijal, your trek begins uphill following a large water pipe coming down from the Sundarijal Reservoir. Following that you will enter the Shivapuri National Park from where you will proceed further to reach the Mulkharka Village. The trail then passes through Tamang Village befire reaching Chisapani, from where you can spot great views of Langtang Lirung, Annapurna, Ganesh Himal, Manaslu, and Everest. In the evening you'll witness beautiful sunset views over the mountains, before spending the night at a lodge. Day 2: Chisapani to Nagarkot (2,175 meters) Following breakfast, the trek continues by ascending through a lush forest before descending down to Jhule and Chauki Bhanjyang. The trail then crosses some villages and terraced fields before reaching Kattike Bhanjyang. You will be required to ascend up to reach Nagarkot from Kattike Bhanjyang, which will offer great views of Kanchenjunga in the east, Dhaulagiri in the west, and Everest. Day 3: Nagarkot to Changu Narayan (1541m) & drive back to Kathmandu 4 hrs Your final day will begin with an early-morning wake-up to observe the beautiful sunrise over the Himalayas. Following breakfast you will hike to Changu Narayan, where the trail descends downwards via Telkot. En-route you will encounter a bird’s eye-view of both Bhaktapur and Kathmandu, before encountering the 323-A.D. Temple of Changu Narayan. Once at Changu you will meet with your vehicle before driving back to Kathmandu to be dropped off at your hotel.
