Are you looking for ways to explore the best parts of Nepal without hiking for miles to reach them? This 9-day Nepalese adventure might be just the tour for you. From a mountain flight over the Himalayas and paragliding with the eagles, to white water rafting down the Trishuli River and striding with the elephants through Chitwan National Park, this package offers the perfect combination between the thrill of extreme sports and the serenity of walks through the wilderness.

Day 1: Arrival Kathmandu

Today you will arrive in the bustling Nepalese capital of Kathmandu. A member of the team will be there to collect you and take you to your hotel. There will be a pre-trip briefing at the hotel, giving you a chance to ask any questions about the coming days and make your preparations for this exciting journey. Please have at hand your passport, four passport photos, and a copy of your travel insurance documents.

Day 2: Everest Mountain Flight and Kathmandu Sightseeing

You will make an early start this morning in preparation for your flight over the highest peaks in the world. Forget all that painful climbing, this 1-hour tour will take you to the top of the world with ease and offer some of the most incredible views of the Himalayas the region has to offer. Then it’s back down to earth with an afternoon of sightseeing in the colorful Kathmandu. Get a taste of Nepal’s mishmash of cultures with trips to the Hindu temple of Pashupatinath, the most sacred of Buddhist sites Bouddhanath Stupa, and the enchanting pagodas of Bhaktapur Durbar Square.

Day 3: Trishuli River Rafting

Its time to get that blood pumping with the first of many extreme sports activities, white water rafting down the Trishuli River. Get up close and personal with Mother Nature as you ride the rapids through the scenic valleys and deep gorges of this spectacular region.
Upon finishing you will continue your journey by bus to the beautiful Pokhara.

Day 4: Paragliding and Pokhara Sightseeing

After a good nights rest and a revitalizing breakfast you will being your free flying adventure in the skies above Pokhara. Let the Lammergeyer eagles and huge Griffon vultures guide the way as you soar above Lake Pokhara and over the Annapurna mountain range. Back on solid ground you will take the afternoon to explore all that is natural, spiritual, and cultural. Visits include the Phewa Lake and Barahi Temple, Seti River Gorges, Davis Fall, Gupteswar Cave, and the Tibetan villages of Tashiling and Tashi Palkhel.

Day 5: Chitwan National Park

Today you have a roughly 5-hour drive to reach the Chitwan National Park. Absolutely brimming with flora and fauna, as well as being home to one of the last populations of single-horned Asiatic rhinoceros and the last refuges of the Bengal tiger, you will be truly captured by this remarkable sanctuary. On arrival you will be briefed by the guides on all the exciting activities lined up for following day then you will tuck in to a well-deserved meal at the hotel.

Day 6: Chitwan National Park

With over 93,200 hectares to explore today you will be out bright and early to get the best opportunities to watch the exotic birds make their morning rituals. Following breakfast you will set off on a 45-minute walk upstream of the Narayani River before hopping on a boat to grin at the crocodiles lounging on the banks. Lunch will be back at camp. In the afternoon it will be time to stride among the giants and predators with an elephant safari and jungle walk.

Day 7: Return to Kathmandu

The 6-hour drive back to Kathmandu will give you time to put your feet up, watch the stunning scenery roll by, and reflect on the weeks activities. The evening will be yours to spend at leisure, strolling the streets, tasting the many delectable dishes of the city, or grab those last minute souvenirs to take back home.

Day 8: Kodari Bungee Jump

Not wanting you to relax too much, today’s experience will be one to remember. A 3-hour bus journey will take you close to the Tibet-Nepal border and more specifically a suspension bridge, which hangs 169 meters above the wild Bhote Koshi River. This is Nepal’s only bungee jumping location and considering the untamed surroundings, it could quite possibly be the world’s most memorable. With adrenaline running high its back on the bus for your final night and farewell dinner in Kathmandu.

Day 9: Departure Kathmandu

Well it’s been a whirlwind of a ride but today you will be making your departures and onward journeys. With a suitcase full of dirty laundry and a mind full of memories you will be transferred to the airport for your flight home.
