Airport Pick-Up and Drop-Off Information: When you arrive at Kathmandu Airport, after getting your visa, go to the Arrival Area. Look for your driver, who will be holding a sign with your name. They will help you with your luggage and take you to your hotel. Or: Hotel Pick-Up and Drop-Off Information: For your trip from the hotel to the airport, your driver will meet you in the hotel lobby at the time you provided. They will then take you to the airport and drop you off at the Departure Gate for your next flight.
