What to Expect
Spend 10 days traveling through Nepal, visiting the most important sites and experiencing the country with an expert guide to travel with you. This tour will give you the opportunity to explore the city of Katmandu as well as the temples and scenery surrounding it.

From visiting local Buddhist and Hindu temples to a Safari through the wilderness of Nepal this tour will show you an uncommonly side of Nepal. With activities to suit everybody, this is a once in a lifetime opportunity to explore the wonderful Nepali cities and countryside.

Visit Swoyambhunath Stupa, one of the oldest Buddhist stupas in the world, and the Pashupatinath Temple, a Hindu Temple dedicated to Lord Shiva. See the city of Patan and watch carpets made at the Tibetan Handicraft Center. Take a trip to Lumbini, the birthplace of Buddha and enjoy a calming day visiting Buddhist Monasteries and the World peace pagoda.

Your trip will also take you into the Nepali countryside driving along the Trishuli River and watching the sun set over the Annapurna range. You will have the chance to take an elephant ride and learn about the country’s flora and fauna in Chitwan national park.

Day 1: Arrival Kathmandu (Meals: D)
Arrive at Kathmandu International Airport where you will be warmly welcomed by our representative and check in to the hotel. The rest of the day is free to explore this historic and vibrant city. We will than have a Welcome Dinner.

Day 2: Kathmandu (Meals, B)
Day begins with a full-day sightseeing tour of Kathmandu. You will then travel to Swoyambhunath Stupa, one of the oldest Buddhits stupas in the world. Next stop is Pashpuatinath Temple, a Hindu temple dedicated to Lord Shiva.

Day 3: Patan & Bhaktapur (Meals: B)
Check out of hotel and travel to Patan for a guided tour of the city. Visit the Tibetan Handicraft Centre. Then drive to Nagarkot via Bhaktapur or the City of Devotees.

Day 4: Drive to Pokhara (Meals: B)
After breakfast in the hotel, the tour starts with the scenic view of beautiful hills, countryside lifestyle driving along the Trishuli River.

Day 5: Pokhara (Meals: B)
Travel at dawn to Sarangkot to watch the sun rise over the Annapurna range. Drive to Devi’s Falls, Gupteswar Cave and the Bat Cave. In the evening the tour takes you to the Phewa Lake.

Day 6: Drive to Lumbini (Meals: B)
Drive to Lumbini, the birthplace of Buddha. Visit the Ashoka Pillar, Buddhist Monasteries, World Peace Pagoda and Lumbini Crane Sanctuary.

Day 7: Drive to Chitwan (Meals: B)
After breakfast travel to Chitwan National Park. After lunch activities such as an elephant safari, jungle drive and a nature walk.

Day 8: Chitwan (Meals: B)
Choice of a Jungle Safari, a Canoeing trip on the Rapti or Narayani River, or an elephant ride. Your journey will take you through the Tharu villages.

Day 9: Drive to Kathmandu (Meals: B)
After breakfast we drive from Chitwan to Kathmandu. In the evening you can enjoy our Farewell Dinner.

Day 10: Fly back home (Meals: B)
After breakfast you will be dropped to the airport for your flight back home.
