The gentlemen at the cruise port were very patient and helpful with my questions about the routes. Since Olympia is a small place, and we had an elderly person with us, this was the best choice. We were ablel to see the city at a glance without exerting the elderly. The drivers were all very skillful because they can drive these large busses in narrow streets. However, they should probably slow down a bit when approaching tree branches because the upper deck was uncovered and if you didn't pay attention, you could get whipped harshly on the face by the branches. Overall, we were happy with what we paid for and the service provided.
