Excellent excursion, very good guide and transportation. The visit to glass factories makes no sense, it was also closed. Lunch is not good and it is outside the tourist area, it is better not to buy it in the package and you can have it wherever you choose and at any time you want.

Great day out.

Karlovy Vary is a beautiful spa town about 2 hours away from Prague. You first visit the Moser glass factory and exhibition then have lunch before visiting the centre of Karlovy Vary where you get a walking tour from your guide showing you the various springs 15 in total and finish off at the Grand Hotel Pupp where you get shown inside after that you have an hour free time to taste water from the different springs excellent day.

It wasn't bad, it could have been better.Since there isn't a section for "What did you enjoy least?" I'll express my disatisfaction here. The tour started a bit later- 9.20, instead of 9. Our guide, Viktor, was friendly and helpful, BUT his English is poor and difficult to understand. He knew a lot of interesting facts and tried to share them with us, but unfortunately much was lost in translation. When one struggles to understand the words, the message is almost lost. A pity.On the way to KV Viktor drove slowly, explaining that he cannot go any faster. Once in Karlowy Vary, after the visit to the museum/shop Moser and a rather disappointing lunch, we only had an hour and 15 minutes to visit. Viktor wanted us to leave KV at 3 pm! Only after I expressed our disappointment at such hurry, did he understand he exagerated in returning so quickly. Consequently, we "obtained" an extra hour to climb at Diana lookout. Even so, we were quickly back in Prague at 5.40, Viktor driving 140-150 km/h.
