Our driver was wonderful, polite, pleasant and happy, and Blanca, our guide, was wonderful. Very informative, full of knowledge and a constant smile on her face. She made us feel as if she was just as excited as us to be there. Great value for money and such a beautiful town. Could see ourselves staying there.

It was very nice, I had booked an audio guide and when I arrived in Karlovy Vary I was able to explore the city on foot. Our guide Eva had already told us what she could recommend and everything was very good.

normal trip. shame about the much vaunted but non-existent additional services, such as headphones to listen to or watch movies/music and coffee or tea service, without even a stewardess

Everything went perfectly, the bus was new and very well equipped, with a tablet on each seat.

Excellent and professional driver pleasant traveling comfortably seating
