Very easy process to gain possession of the illusive Kandy to Ella train, if you didnt manage to book on the website a month in advance. A member of the team just dropped our tickets at our hotel the night before, very easy!

Full description

This train journey is rated as one of the most scenic train journeys in the world. A beautiful ride through lush green surrounding in the hill country of Sri Lanka gives a refreshing experience to the travelers. Beautiful tea estates, forest reservations, waterfalls, mountain ranges, landscaping with breathtaking views are the highlights.

Full journey is abut 6 1/2 hours long and you have to have a seat reserved for you to enjoy the journey at it's best. We will take care of the hassle of securing the your seat. Ticket will be delivered to your hotel in Kandy on the day prior to the departure.

Very pleased with the tickets, the price and the communication leading up to the confirmation of the tickets. The only anxiety was that the tickets were not confirmed until 00:10 on the day of travel, ie about 8.5 hours before travel. They were e-tickets. The original plan was to deliver to our hotel the previous evening.
